Building on the success of the non-traditional diner fare and seeking to create a modern restaurant that will fit into an urban lifestyle, Silver was added to the Silver Diner brand. Moving away from the typical diners of the 50’s and 60’s, the core influencers harken back to the 30’s during art deco’s peak. This chef driven concept with a contemporary design is still driven by authentic diner hospitality values.
